Oscawana Island Nature Preserve

The McAndrews Estate - was a 100-acre "grand estate" that was owned by several "notable figures" such as the Cruger family, Guillaume Resuns, Stanislaw Deridder, and Martin & Anne McAndrews. The property had several large mansions, fountains, orchards, barns, and stables, an elaborate waste system, numerous support buildings and structures, and a full-sized horse racing track.
